Peggy developed a love for the real estate industry in her early twenties and planned to pursue it, but life would have other plans. She postponed real estate ambitions to raise her family while her youngest finished high school. And with these responsibilities taken care of, Peggy became a licensed real estate agent in 2010. 

As a local who grew up coming to Smith Mountain Lake, Peggy identifies with those looking to form new memories here. Peggy invests her time in making the sale or purchase of a home, one of the largest transactions in our lives, as easy as possible for clients. She ensures punctuality and attentiveness by actively involving herself from start to close. But her involvement does not end with a sale, as the life-long bonds she forms is her favorite aspect of being a real estate agent. When she’s not busy selling the lake lifestyle, Peggy enjoys spending time with friends and family on and off the water. Whether from the shore or a boat, she enjoys soaking in the rays, swimming, and jet skiing, but pickleball has become one of her favorite landside hobbies.
